• You agree to use ZynkBox only for lawful purposes related to youth sports tournament management and participation.
• You may not use ZynkBox to:
  • Upload false, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Interfere with referees, admins, or players via spam or harassment.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform.

3. User Accounts

• To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Data & Privacy

• ZynkBox collects and processes information in line with our Privacy Policy.
• By using the app, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content generated through ZynkBox (scores, standings, tournament data) belongs to the tournament organizers, but ZynkBox may display, analyze, and archive it to provide Services.
• ZynkBox, its logo, design, and features are owned by ZynkBox and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

6. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Disclaimers

• ZynkBox provides Services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or accuracy of tournament data (including referee submissions).

8. Limitation of Liability

• ZynkBox and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
• Tournament organizers remain solely responsible for tournament operations, rules, and outcomes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also discontinue use at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the U.S.A.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
